This fall, we’re fortunate to have two talented Consulting Interns from University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Organizational Science PhD program contributing to our work at ExecLead: Mayleen Gonzalez and Loralee Hoffer.
Through our long-standing partnership with the program, we host interns each year who support a wide range of client engagements as well as internal continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. Each brings unique expertise and experiences that enrich our firm and our clients:
Mayleen focuses her research on how organizations can better support employees through stress, uncertainty, and change. She brings prior experience with Hogan Assessments, Spectrum, and UNC Charlotte, along with certification in Hogan Assessments.
Loralee is studying the dilemmas leaders face when implementing leadership training and the strategies they use to overcome them. Her applied research experience at UNC Charlotte includes both advancing strategic initiatives with the School of Professional Studies and examining student engagement with the University Ombuds.
